工作职责: • Gain a deep understanding of HLT’s business strategy, product portfolio, customer use cases and organizational structure • Reviews and analyzes client requirements or problems and assists in the development of proposals of solutions that ensure profitability and high client satisfaction • Participate execution of the projects • Innovate and assist in the development of high-quality client deliverables in a timely manner such as presentation slide decks, technical reports, briefing books, conference abstracts, and manuscripts for publications • When acting as Project Manager, proactively manages project timelines and manages day to day communication with the client and team members. • Support client searching and business development. • Participate in business development including drafting proposals, generating marketing contents, creating webinars, being conference speakers, etc • Think creatively about how leading-edge analytics and emerging data sources can address clients’ most pressing business challenges • Help companies leverage analytic tools to better manage innovation 任职资格: Education: MS or MPH Major: Quantitative sciences such as bio-statistics, environmental health, epidemiology, health economics, health policy, mathematics, public health or statistics Experience: MS/MPH with 0-2 years of industry or consulting experience. • Experience generating and interpreting real-world and observational research required • Strong in statistical methods, machine learning methods application • Ability to effectively work in a matrix environment and flexibility to adapt to client project needs in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial workplace • Enthusiasm to learn and motivation to develop Oneself • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail • Positive attitude/interested: care about the result and how the result be used. Willing to spend more time to explore more in addition to what is requested. Be able to readily take ownership of responsibilities. • Good problem-solving/critical thinking skills: be able to understand problems clearly. Ask the right questions, break problems down into hypotheses and propose solutions in a coherent manner. • Good communication skills: be able to take detailed study results and communicate them in a clear, non-technical manner to internal cross-functional teams, using language that resonates with the teams, while maintaining the integrity of key findings. • Great at time and task management: be able to estimate the amount of time needed to complete a task, communicate this to client clearly and deliver it On time. • Good team player
